  • at The Premise we offer Strength + Striking, Strength + Performance, and our unique Rhythm + Burn class. We also have a Youth Strength + Striking on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm.

  • Classes typically run 1 hour long, and some of our circuit strength classes are 45 minutes.

  • Comfortable workout clothing and shoes for the strength circuit classes.

  • We do for rent. However, you’re not required to do so. We have cubbies in close proximity to your training.

  • Yes, the first class is free. Soon after, you’ll want to be a part of The Premise family.

  • A light snack (i.e. fruit) until you know exactly how your body will react to the intense workout.

  • Prior to stepping on the mat and entering class, it is required to get the class Coach to “Salute in” they acknowledge and salute back, a sign of mutual respect.

  • If you have it, great! But we believe in progress, not perfection. We just ask that you keep an open-mind during training, because it is constantly evolving.

  • We highly recommend investing in boxing gloves 14/16oz boxing gloves are required along with hand wraps. Both can be purchased in our pro shop. We have skilled stations where you get pad work and strength stations. However, if you’re specializing in another sport, catering your station to that skill is optional.
